Service Description
Boost your everyday performance with our Functional Strength class, designed to improve how you move in daily life. We focus on foundational movement patterns: squat, hinge, push–pull, lunge, etc. and emphasize proper form to build strength, stability, and confidence. Using weights, bands, and other equipment, we target key muscle groups for safer, more efficient movement. This class is great for all levels, whether you're beginning a weightlifting or strength-training program or looking to enhance your current strength routine. Please bring a mat, indoor shoes, and water. Doors open 10 min prior to class.

Cancellation Policy
Memberships: If you are unable to attend, cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the class so we can fill your spot. Class Packs do expire so classes should be rescheduled, not cancelled. Drop-Ins are nonrefundable. Classes with zero enrollment 2 hours prior to the start of class will be cancelled. Consistent low enrollment classes may be removed from the schedule.
