Want to get the benefits of interval training without high impact? This low-impact interval training class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility. The class starts with a warm-up period followed by a series of short intervals of exercises, with rest or flexibility exercise in between. The class will end with a cool-down period to reduce soreness and prevent injury. Come join us for group training in a supportive environment! Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class. If this is your first time attending class this calendar year at PhysiYo, we will have a liability/emergency contact form for you to fill out prior to your first class.
