Service Description

45 min format! Transform your yoga practice with our unique PhysiYoFit class, designed for those seeking a safer approach to body toning and strength building. Our low-impact class perfectly blends the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with effective strength-training techniques, all while being kind to your joints. This class will incorporate light weights and resistance bands to help build strength and endurance in addition to traditional yoga. Designed and taught by our Physical Therapists! Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class. If this is your first time attending class this calendar year at PhysiYo, we will have a liability/emergency contact form for you to fill out prior to your first class. Our yoga sessions are offered at a discounted rate, and as such, we are unable to provide make-up classes for any missed sessions. However, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place if you cannot attend a class. Please inform us in advance with the name of the person attending on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to have you (or your guest!) join us on the mat.
