Brigid Galvin
Brigid is trained as a massage therapist in both relaxation and clinical techniques, as well as a hospital chaplain to provide spiritual and philosophical support, with a focus on whole-person integration of body and soul, calming the nervous system, soothing pain, and relieving stress.
They are a Reiki Master/Teacher and enjoy implementing that practice into massage as well to help re-balance the body and help identify where someone is holding emotional and physical pain.
They are a 2013 graduate of University of St. Thomas with a BA in Theology, and a 2016 graduate of Boston College’s School of Theology and Ministry with a Master’s in Theological Studies, and most recently a 2026 graduate of Northwestern Health Science University with a
certificate in Therapeutic Massage.
They take a trauma-informed approach to massage with experience working with guardians and staff at Minneapolis Crisis Nursery helping to provide education on wellness and self-care and helping to prevent burn-out. They have also enjoyed working with local athletes as they recover
from injuries to help them to maintain their beloved sports, helping to build confidence in their recovery and learning to trust and take care of their bodies.
Brigid continues to receive ongoing education in massage techniques and modalities and is
excited to continue to expand their practice to further benefit their clients!
