Desiree Demcak, DPT, RYT​

Desiree is a graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato and became a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2017. Desiree has spent time instructing at MNSU Mankato as well as other local gyms. Her classes range in style from chair yoga to free flowing vinyasa. She went on to receive her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Southwest Baptist University in 2020. Desiree has a special interest in treating pediatric and oncology populations, and has experience with inpatient and outpatient orthopedics.  Desiree enjoys helping others improve their quality of life and promoting mindful movement.
