Service Description
Come take time to become more fully integrated into your body with a class on mindfulness meditation. No need to sit and try to think of nothing, we will guide you through each intentional focus with a meditation designed to provide self-love, renewed awareness of your inner strength, and deep-seated peace to help carry you through the week. Great for those who are curious about trying meditation, as well as meditation masters, and anyone trying to find a better way to slow their breathing and take time for self-care. This is a combination of breathing exercises, guided imagery, and body mindfulness, rooted in Buddhist meditation practice. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Doors open 10 minutes before class begins. If this is your first time attending a class at PhysiYo this calendar year, we’ll have a short liability and emergency contact form for you to fill out before class starts.

Cancellation Policy
Memberships: If you are unable to attend, cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the class so we can fill your spot. Class Packs do expire so classes should be rescheduled, not cancelled. Drop-Ins are nonrefundable. Classes with zero enrollment 2 hours prior to the start of class will be cancelled. Consistent low enrollment classes may be removed from the schedule.
