Nadia Kellner, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP
Nadia took her first yoga class in 2015, since then she has maintained a daily practice of the asanas, meditation, and pranayama. Her personal practice evoked a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy and the wisdom of yoga teaching. Nadia enjoys teaching yoga to groups of all ages and experience levels. She perceives yoga as a manual to a good life, and a path of learning the nuance of the human experience through movement and meditation.
